The Computational Imaging Research Lab is an interdisciplinary research group investigating machine learning methods in the area of medical imaging and multi-modal data.
Our group is part of the Computational Imaging Research Lab. We are developing machine learning methods to predict individual disease course, treatment response, and to derive models of mechanisms from multi-modal data involving imaging-, molecular-, wearable- and other data. We are also curious about how machine learning relates to human learning and and how the evolution of the biological brain, can inform our approach to artificial learning systems.
